This course will be run over two days between 10am - 4pm on Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th October during the Half-term holidays.  Primarily aimed at 16-19 year olds looking for some hands-on experience in welding.

Course Details:

• Enrolment / Workshop induction
• Setup of MAG/MMA welding machine and related equipment
• Course Outcomes
  
  • Course outcome 1: Beads on plate in MMA & MAG
  • Course outcome 2: Fillet welds in MMA & MAG
• In-house certificate awarded upon successful completion of the bootcamp and welder of the week award.
• Goody-bags for all participants

Participants to provide their own food and drinks for each day of the course.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Safety glasses, hearing protection and gloves will be provided along with flame retardant overalls .

Each participate must provide their own steel toe cap footwear.

Learners aged 16 & 17 must provide parental/guardian consent.  Please see link below for consent form, this can either be returned to Jo@arcangelwelding.co.uk or brought on the day.
