This 1 day TIG pipe training course is suitable for those proficient in welding plate butts looking to progress onto pipe or for those up-skilling or requiring time in a bay before a coding.

Carbon steel pipe either 2", 3" or 4" depending on material availability

• Workshop induction
• Setup of welding machine and related equipment
• Carbon steel pipe
  • Course outcome 1: PA/1G Rolled
  • Course outcome 2: PC/2G Horizontal
  • Course outcome 3: PF/5G Vertical up
  • Course outcome 4: H-L045/6G Incline

• In-house certificate awarded upon successful completion of the program

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves and flame retardant overalls will be provided.  Each participate must provide their own steel toe cap footwear.
